Club 1/4: Spanish cheeses and meats

Jonathan had a dream.
When we found out that the dream included cheeses and meats we knew Jonathan was our kinda guy and the next Club 1/4 event was formed.
They will be coming to Gents Quarter bringing with them a passion for Spanish food and (more importantly) tasting platters of their Spanish charcuterie and cheeses.
They specialise in sourcing cheeses and meats that some people may not have heard of or tried before including a cured sausage that becomes spreadable at room temperature and drunken goat (which we are hoping is a cheese and not an added guest).
There will be quite a range to try including some more familiar chorizo and cured meats which you'll be able to find out a little bit more about and if you fall in love with anything there will be the option to buy a few bits at the end
